On February 9, 2007, the PBS show NOW with David Brancaccio featured an updated on the effects of changes to the Bankruptcy Code enacted in 2005. Attorney Melchionne was interviewed in a followup to a story originally broadcast on March 25, 2005. Focusing on his clients, the McCormack's, the story follows the effects of the new law on their finances and the ability to get a frest start.
